Banana and prayers are good for you!

There is this one recipe of banana bread that I adapted to my taste in order for it to be healthier and tastier! Banana is a fruit that has many vitamins and it is great to help with depression, PMS, anemia, blood pressure, constipation, brain power, heart burn, morning sickness and many other conditions. So here it goes:
Ingredients:
2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar (no need for more as ripe bananas already contain natural sugar)
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions:
1- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2- Mash the bananas in a bowl and reserve.
3- In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt.
4- In a large bowl cream together eggs and sugar.
5- Stir in (with eggs and sugar) mashed bananas, oil and cinnamon.
6- Stir in the flour mixture, a third at a time, until just combined.
7- Oil a pan lightly with a brush or paper towel, sprinkle some flour in the pan and make sure it is coded entirely. Take the excess out by turning the pan upside down and beating the bottom of the pan with your hand lightly.
8- Pour batter in the pan. Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. You may check with a fork or a toothpick (preferably) by poking the banana bread at 45 minutes and if it comes out clean it is ready, otherwise bake it for another 10 to 15 minutes
It also tastes delicious while it's warm!! Enjoy :)
    Food for the soul
Here is a beautiful prayer to delight your soul:
have wakened in Thy shelter, O my God, and it becometh him that seeketh that shelter to abide within the Sanctuary of Thy protection and the Stronghold of Thy defense.  Illumine my inner being, O my Lord, with the splendors of the Dayspring of Thy Revelation, even as thou didst illumine my outer being with the morning light of Thy favor.
    Bahá’u’lláh, Bahá'í prayers
