Thai curry

Here is a delicious recipe from my husband!

Ingredients:
- 1 brocoli head
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 spoons of curry paste - you choose (red or green - whatever you prefer - it depends on how spicy you like it)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 large onion
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 pound of chicken breast
- curry powder
- olive oil
- 2 spoons of honey
- 1 small fresh ginger or ginger powder
- 1 spoon mustard spread (with seeds) - this is optional

Directions:
- marinate chicken pieces in lemon juice and salt, pepper, olive oil and a little bit of curry powder for 30 mins
- in a pan heat oil and fry chopped garlic first until it browns, then add the chopped onions until softened
- add the marinated chicken, fry it and let it cook
- add curry paste and honey, stir
- add coconut milk, and let it simmer
- add brocoli and bell pepper, don't let it overcook, as it tastes better when it's a bit crunchy
- if the coconut milk is not enough , add some milk!
Make some plain rice to have with it ( i prefer basmati rice) and enjoy your meal!
