Quick and Easy: grilled chicken and couscous

Here's a dinner I made the other night:
preparation time: 25 mins - enough for 5-6 people

2 packages of chicken tenders (about 16)
1 large lemon
2 cloves of garlic
couscous
condiments

salad:
anything you have in the fridge:
lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, red pepper...

first crush the garlic and juice the lemon in a bowl and marinate the chicken
while chicken is marinating make the salad (wash and cut everything and put it in a bowl)
for the salad dressing I only use fresh lemon juice, a bit of sea salt, extra virgin olive oil and italian seasoning.
prepare the couscous according to package instruction (1 cup is enough for 4 people). I usually add a bit of salt, italian seasoning and olive oil. (takes 5 mins)

now you're ready to grill the chicken. a few minutes each side and you're ready to eat!
